Irish 31 is warm, intimate, gathering place where the people are family, the food is familiar, and the guest’s voice is always heard.
Brand Identity
When we began working with Irish 31, they had an existing brand at their Hyde Park location. We modified this brand, creating an easily recognizable brandmark: i31. This launched a full campaign throughout all of their restaurant locations based solely around their stand-alone brandmark.

Product Design
Irish 31 created a signature whiskey to be used in their handcrafted cocktails. We named it i31 whiskey and designed the packaging, incorporating elements from their brand and designs from the restaurant into the bottle’s label. The ‘i’ is cut out of the label so that light can travel through and the brandmark has a glowing effect as it sits on the bar.
